NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS - Membership Cancellation Policy

WWW.VACATIONRENTALSONLINE.COM listings run on an annual basis and in some cases on a monthly basis. Most of the work involved in promoting a property owner’s vacation property on the Internet occurs in the first few weeks (creating the ad, adding photos, etc.). WWW.VACATIONRENTALSONLINE.COM is only able to offer a partial refund once your first listing is online. Sorry, but no refunds on second,  subsequent  listings or relistings. Property owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.

PROPERTY OFF THE MARKET - If you wish to remove your property from the market, we can temporarily inactivate the WWW.VACATIONRENTALSONLINE.COM listing and reactivate it at a future date. Your WWW.VACATIONRENTALSONLINE.COM listing stays in force through the original term and the renewal date does not change (the renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property is off the market). If you sell your property, you can transfer your WWW.VACATIONRENTALSONLINE.COM listing to the new property owner once per listing term. NOTE: No refund will be given for a change of ownership. SELLING A WWW.VACATIONRENTALSONLINE.COM LISTING is not allowed. Since a property owner can create a new listing of their own at anytime, WWW.VACATIONRENTALSONLINE.COM does NOT endorse or approve of the sale or bartering of the WWW.VACATIONRENTALSONLINE.COM listing unless the property being advertised is also sold to the same party. Any listing which is advertised for sale or which we determine has been sold is subject to immediate cancellation without notice and without refund. Please do not offer to sell or purchase a WWW.VACATIONRENTALSONLINE.COM listing without transferring the property at the same time.

If you sell your property and purchase a new property in the same city/location, then you may modify your listing to advertise the new property.

However, if you sell your property and purchase a new property in a new location, then you will need to create a new listing.

SPAMMING POLICY - WWW.VACATIONRENTALSONLINE.COM does not participate in or tolerate the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) - WWW.VACATIONRENTALSONLINE.COM reserves the right to cancel (without refund) any member that

mentions WWW.VACATIONRENTALSONLINE.COM or any of its associated websites, URLs, or any associated WWW.VACATIONRENTALSONLINE.COM email address in any SPAM e-mail message or Usenet posting. WWW.VACATIONRENTALSONLINE.COM is the sole judge in determining what constitutes SPAM.
